4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and other secure methods displayed at checkout.

  • Full payment must be made before an order is processed.

5. Delivery

  • Standard delivery within the UK: 1-3 working days.

  • Next-day delivery available for orders placed before 2 PM, Monday–Friday.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We comply with UK Consumer Rights legislation:

  • You may return unused items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened earphones cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • To request a return, email smartlyuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us immediately.

  • Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Smartly UK™ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the total price you paid for the product.
